We sure hope so, but it is not guaranteed.  We are a coalition of citizens that are trying to get a major government infrastructure project done.  Once a feasibility study is complete we hope to “hand-off” the project to the proper public agencies that will get it built.  Unfortunately without doing all the initial work it just won’t happen.  Greenways are being built across the country and we belive this route is a great candidate.

No.  We will explore routes through Lido Dunes including using the North Side of Lido through the Golf Course.  

In addition to recreational cyclists, runners, walkers, skateboards, etc... the greenway will serve as an essential transportation pathway for school kids, workers to the beach clubs, camps, and beaches in the area, and customers visiting business in the downtown Point Lookout area.
